Airport
The Picayune Municipal Airport (MJD) is located two miles southeast of the City of Picayune in Pearl River County, and is accessible via Interstate 59.

City Manager
The City Manager is appointed by the Mayor and City Council to manage the day-to-day operations of the City.

City Clerk / Financial
The City Clerk’s Office oversees the Departments of Accounting, Accounts Payable, Sale of Cemetery Plots, Information Technology, Payroll, Records, Privilege Licenses, Taxes, Utility Billing, and Voter Registration.

The Special Projects and Grants Department’s main purpose is to show the public that Picayune is friendly, warm, and welcoming but also open for business.

Utility Billing
This department processes all the billing for the utility department. The clerks receive payment for bills on gas, water, sewer, and garbage services.
